English Riviera Geopark Cruises

View Torbay’s beautiful coastline from the best vantage point - the sea, and hear the stories behind its formation and rich cultural past from tropical seas to ancient deserts and the Napoleonic fleet to fishing trawlers.  A wonderful experience for all the family.

Veteran Tree Recording

Saturday 5 July

An exciting practical workshop for local people to learn about the importance of veteran trees in our landscape and how to go about spotting and recording them for the national Ancient Tree Hunt project and their Summer of Hugs campaign.  There will be a short training session indoors but most of the day will take place outdoors looking at trees in parkland and woodland in and around Cockington.
